This website is operated by B & W Floor Covering LLC, 56 Covington Square Rd, Linn Creek, MO 65052 — a family-run flooring store and installer serving the Lake of the Ozarks.
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address and project details when you submit the “Start My Project” form, call, or email us. We don’t require an account and we don’t collect anything behind the scenes while you browse.
We use your information to respond to you, put together your quote, and schedule your project. Form submissions are delivered to our customer-management system (TriggerPortal, operated for us by TriggerPage) and processed by our form provider solely on our behalf. That’s it.
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t run advertising networks or cross-site trackers on this site.
This site doesn’t set tracking cookies. The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and we link out to Facebook and Google — once you interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply.
